Meet Sarah –
The Health Mechanic Founder.
I started The Health Mechanic because I saw too many men struggling in silence- ignoring symptoms or not knowing where to turn for support.
We are here to change that. Think of us as your health mechanics- getting under the hood to sort out what’s slowing you down.
A bit about me: I have 2 science degrees, 9 years of tertiary study and more than 2 decades of experience in the health and fitness industry under my belt.
I was runner-up Ms Fitness Australia (moons ago!) I danced with the Queensland Ballet and have a background in Muay Thai- I’ve spent a lifetime prioritising health.
I also founded Australia’s first paleo food truck.
My personal life? I’m married to Glenn Manton (I didn’t know who he was when we met- but you might!). And in my downtime, you’ll either find me walking my giant ridgeless ridgeback Dino, or at a music festival or gig with my husband (yes, even though I’m still in my 40’s).

Where are you located? Do you offer virtual consultations?
We only offer telehealth sessions for individual patients so men can access expert guidance no matter where they are located. For workplace education, we offer both onsite and virtual health clinics.
